Our Story
Froth On Franklin started with a simple conviction: the best bread is the kind you can smell before you see it, and the best coffee is the kind that makes you stay a little longer.
We wake up before dawn on Franklin Street to mix, fold, and bake — sourdough with a three-day starter, croissants laminated by hand, seasonal pastries that change with the market. Our grocery corner stocks local favorites and hard-to-find ingredients we'd actually use at home.

Every item on our menu is made in small batches. What's fresh today might be gone by noon — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
